Dr. Ayesha Anjum - Head, Assistant Professor, Psychology (Ph.D, M.Phil, M.Ed& M.Sc.)

Dr. Ayesha Anjum is currently working as Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. She has completed Ph.D., M.Phil, M.Ed. and M.Sc. She has more than a decade of teaching experience in colleges and universities, both in India and in the Sultanate of Oman. She is an active researcher with many research publications in national and international journals. She has presented many papers in international conferences and has won the Best Paper Presenter Award twice in international conferences. She is an enthusiastic participant in workshops, conferences, symposiums and FDPs. She has contributed many chapters to Psychology textbooks. In Aurora’s Degree & PG College, Dr. Ayesha Anjum is serving as the Coordinator for Innovation & Best Practices, R&D & Publications Cell,

Faculty & Staff Grievance &Redressal Cell, and Anti-Ragging Committee. She is an active counsellor and advisor for the students. She is associated with eminent professional bodies like Bharathiya Counselling Psychology Association (BCPA) and National Positive Psychology Association (NPPA). Her research interests include all the specialised branches of Psychology.

Seshagiri Rao Joshi - Assistant Professor

S.R.Joshi is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Madrasand M.Phil in Rehabilitation Psychology from National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID). He is registered as clinician from Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). He worked lecturer in NIEPID for M.Phil students for six years. He also worked as Head of inclusion in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for four years. He has ten years of clinical experience and published various articles and presented several papers in National Conferences and seminars.
