Bus Passes and Bonafides

Students are required to submit their applications for Bus passes and Bonafides before 12.30 PM only during the vacant period and can collect the certificates the same day after 3.30 PM only during the vacant period. Bus passes will be signed only on monthly basis no quarterly passes are allowed. Any student having less than 75% attendance will not be issued bonafides and bus passes.

Originals

The Original certificates and marks memos submitted by the student will not be returned back during the study period. However, they will be issued to the students only after the Principal's approval if they can show valid reasons against the deposit of Rs.50, 000/- or the remaining fees, whichever is higher. Students should give in an application to the Principal, requesting for the same. The documents have to be returned back to the College at the earliest and the security deposit can be taken back.

Memoranda of Marks

The memoranda of marks will be issued to the students from the Exam Cell after the University has issued them after verification.

ID Cards

Students will be issued ID cards after filling up their details in a prescribed form that will be issued to them at the time of registration. (Please come with your Blood Group details for this purpose In case the card is lost, a duplicate ID card will be issued against a payment of Rs 100/- "Without ID Card the student will not be allowed to college campus"

Transfer Certificate

The college organizes a convocation ceremony for the outgoing batch of students, when they are given a warm farewell along with a college leaving certificate. This novel initiative involves preparing a specific format for transfer certificate, which is given to all the teachers. Documentation is done by each faculty members taking all the details of a student leading to the preparation of a certificate with Demographic data, overall performance of student, performance rating along with faculty and principals comments. This certificate can describe a student 'Completely' and aids in assessment for higher studies / placement. Demographic data includes the name, Osmania University hall ticket number, and fathers name along with a colour photograph. Marks are names of colleges from 10th standard till graduation highlights the overall performance of the student. Minute details like date of birth date of admission / leaving are also a part of Demographic data.
